Adam Speer has experience as a business owner, consultant, educator, and in hockey, winning champiosnhips as a Head Coach at multiple age groups, including a state Tier II league championship. He has a number of years coaching in Colorado and Washington, and is the former vice-president of the statewide hockey association. He has masters degrees from Boston University and the University of Washington, and has completed a graduate program in Organizational Development from the London School of Economics. This broad experience enables him to bring a global view to the operation of the team, ensuring a foundation of strong organizational support for player development.
